ALLYNOR is an online marketplace for orthopaedic supports, braces and mobility aids in India. We bring manufacturers and specialist suppliers of medical devices onto a single platform, so that people recovering from injury, managing a long-term condition, or caring for someone at home can find the right product without guesswork.

What we sell

Our catalogue covers everyday orthopaedic and mobility care:

• Orthotic supports for the knee, back, neck, shoulder, wrist, ankle and foot

How the marketplace works

ALLYNOR operates as a marketplace platform connecting customers with independent third-party sellers. Sellers are responsible for their own product listings, warranties, regulatory compliance and fulfilment obligations. ALLYNOR provides the platform, the payment and order infrastructure, and the customer-facing support that sits around a purchase.

When you place an order:

1. You pay securely through our checkout using the prepaid options offered there.
2. The order is routed to the seller who lists that product.
3. The seller dispatches it, and your order carries a tracking reference so you can follow the shipment to your door.
4. The seller is settled for the sale once the order has been delivered and the return window has closed.

Holding settlement until after delivery is deliberate. It means a return or a cancellation can be honoured properly, rather than becoming a dispute between a customer and a seller.

How sellers are verified

Every seller on ALLYNOR is verified before a single product goes live. We check GST registration and identity documentation, and we collect bank details for settlement. A seller account is reviewed and approved by our team; it is not self-service.

What we commit to

• Ships across India Tracked delivery, with the courier visible on your order.
• 7-day returns If a product is not right, raise a return from your account within seven days of delivery, subject to our Return & Refund Policy.
• Secure payments Payments are processed through our payment partner; we do not store your card details.
• Every seller verified GST and identity checked before listing.
