Ordering

Browse the catalogue, add items to your cart, and proceed to checkout. You can pay using the prepaid options offered at checkout. A confirmation email will be sent once your order is received.

Yes, guest checkout is supported. We recommend creating an account so you can track orders, manage addresses, and request returns from your dashboard.

We accept credit/debit cards, UPI, net banking, and selected wallets through our payment partner. Cash-on-delivery availability depends on the seller and the delivery pincode.

Shipping

Estimated delivery is shown at checkout for your pincode. Most orders ship within 1–3 business days and arrive within 4–7 business days. Multi-vendor orders may arrive in separate shipments.

Yes. Once a shipment is dispatched and an AWB is assigned, the tracking link is available on your order detail page in your account.

Returns & Refunds

Go to your order detail page and click Request Return. Select the items, choose a reason, and submit. You can also start a return without logging in by visiting the returns page and entering your order number and email.

7 days from the date of delivery during the launch phase. Some categories may have a shorter window; this is shown on the product page.

Prepaid: 5–7 business days from approval. COD: 7–10 business days after bank details are confirmed. Banking timelines may vary.

Selling on ALLYNOR

Visit our seller landing page and click Start Selling Today. The onboarding flow walks you through profile creation, bank details, document upload, and product listing.

PAN, GST (if registered), business address proof, bank account details, and a cancelled cheque. Healthcare-specific licences may be required for regulated product categories.

Settlement and payouts are governed by your seller agreement and the marketplace payment-aggregator arrangement. Payouts are reconciled against approved orders and reflect any applicable returns, refunds, and commissions.
