Cancellation Policy

1. Customer-Initiated Cancellation

You may request cancellation of an order from your account dashboard at any time before the seller dispatches the order. Once a shipment has been created and an AWB has been assigned, cancellation is no longer possible; you may instead initiate a return after the item is delivered, subject to our Return & Refund Policy.

Certain categories including hygiene-sensitive, body-contact, customised, made-to-order, or non-returnable healthcare and orthopedic products may not be eligible for cancellation once order processing has begun.

ALLYNOR reserves the right to review and approve cancellation requests based on order status, product category, seller processing stage, and applicable healthcare safety standards.

2. Seller-Initiated Cancellation

A seller may cancel an order in exceptional circumstances: for example, stock unavailability, pricing error, or inability to ship to your address. You will be notified by email and a full refund will be initiated automatically.

ALLYNOR and its sellers reserve the right to cancel any order prior to dispatch where fulfilment becomes commercially, operationally, or legally unfeasible.

3. Cancellation by ALLYNOR

ALLYNOR reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or refuse any order in cases including pricing or technical errors, product unavailability, seller fulfilment issues, logistics restrictions, suspected fraudulent transactions, payment verification failures, regulatory or compliance concerns, incorrect customer information, product recalls, operational disruptions, misuse of promotional offers, or violations of ALLYNOR’s marketplace policies. In such cases, customers will be notified accordingly and eligible refunds for prepaid orders will be processed as per the applicable refund policy.

4. Refund Timelines for Cancelled Orders

  • Prepaid orders: Refund initiated within 3–5 business days of cancellation. Banking timelines may vary.
  • COD orders: No refund is required since payment has not been collected.

5. Partial Cancellation

For multi-item or multi-vendor orders, cancellation of specific items is supported when the affected items have not yet been dispatched. The remainder of the order proceeds as usual.

6. How to Cancel

  1. Sign in to your account and go to My Orders
  2. Open the order you wish to cancel
  3. Click Cancel Order (only visible while cancellation is permitted)
  4. Confirm the reason

If you do not see the cancel option, the order has already been dispatched and is no longer cancellable. You may still initiate a return after delivery if it qualifies under our return policy.

7. Refused Delivery Policy

Repeated refusal of COD orders may lead to account restrictions or cancellation limitations.

8. Marketplace Liability Disclaimer

ALLYNOR acts as a marketplace facilitator and product fulfilment timelines may vary depending on the seller/vendor.

9. Medical Disclaimer Related to Product Use

Cancellation or refund requests based on incorrect self-selection of medical products may not qualify if sizing or product details were clearly mentioned on the listing.

10. Policy Update Clause

ALLYNOR reserves the right to modify this Cancellation Policy at any time without prior notice.

11. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

This Cancellation Policy shall be governed and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising in relation to this policy shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts located in Haryana/Panchkula. Customer grievances and disputes shall be handled in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws and marketplace regulations.
