For sellers

Seller Instruction Guide

Everything you need to register as a seller on ALLYNOR, set up your store, list products, fulfil orders and receive your payments. Work through it in order — each step assumes the one before it is done.

Before you start

Have these ready

If you are registering as an individual

  • Your PAN number and a scan or photo of the PAN card
  • A cancelled cheque for the bank account you want to be paid into
  • Your bank account number and IFSC code
  • Your full address, including state, city and PIN code
  • A mobile number that can receive an OTP

If you are registering as a business

  • Your GST number and the GST certificate
  • Your legal business name and legal type — Proprietorship, Partnership, LLP, Pvt. Ltd. or Trust/NGO
  • A cancelled cheque for the business bank account
  • The business bank account number and IFSC code
  • Contact person details — name, email and phone
  • The registered business address

The name on your bank account must match your PAN or GST record. A mismatch is the single most common reason a seller account is held up in verification.

Step by step

From registration to your first payout

  1. 01

    Register your seller account

Registration runs in three stages and takes about ten minutes if your documents are ready.

    • Enter your mobile number. We send a six-digit OTP to it.
    • Verify the OTP. You can request a new code after the resend timer runs out.
    • Complete your profile. Your login email and password, your name, your shop web address, whether you are an individual or a business, your address, your bank details, and your document uploads.

Your shop web address must be unique — the form checks it as you type and tells you if it is already taken. It becomes the permanent link to your storefront, so choose it deliberately.

  2. 02

    Wait for verification

Our team checks your identity and tax documents against the details you entered — PAN or GST, the bank account name, and the certificates you uploaded. You will be emailed once your seller account is approved. Until then you can sign in, but you cannot publish products.

If something does not match, we will tell you exactly which field to correct rather than rejecting the application outright.

  3. 03

    Set up your store

Once approved, complete these three pages in your seller dashboard before you list anything.

    • Profile. Your shop name, logo, description and store policies — this is what a customer sees on your storefront.
    • Business & Bank Settings. Confirm the business and bank details captured at registration. Sensitive fields are locked once verified; ask support if one needs to change.
    • Pickup Address. The address couriers collect from. Add it before listing products — shipping charges are calculated from your pickup PIN code, so a product listed without one cannot be quoted correctly at checkout.
  4. 04

    Add your products

Add products one at a time from the Products section of your dashboard. For each one, provide:

    • A clear product name and a unique SKU
    • Price, stock quantity and the categories it belongs in
    • Photographs on a plain background, showing the product from more than one angle
    • A description covering what it is for, who it suits, and how it is used
    • Sizes and variants, where the product comes in more than one
    • Package length, breadth, height and weight — these are required. Shipping is quoted from them, and a wrong dimension means a wrong shipping charge.

Complete, accurate product information is what lets a customer be matched to the right product for their requirement — the whole basis of how ALLYNOR sends relevant buyers to you. Read why this matters →

  5. 05

    Receive and fulfil orders

New orders appear under Orders in your dashboard, and you are notified by email. For each order:

    • Open the order and check the items, quantities and delivery address
    • Pack the goods securely — orthopaedic and mobility products are frequently damaged in transit when under-packed
    • Create the shipment from the order screen. A courier and tracking number are assigned through our Shiprocket integration and pickup is scheduled from your pickup address.
    • Hand the parcel to the courier at pickup. The customer can then track it from their account.

Ship promptly. Delivery date is what starts the clock on your payment, so a slow dispatch delays your own money.

  6. 06

    Handle returns

A customer can request a return within the 7-day return window. Requests for your products appear under Returns in your dashboard, where you can approve or reject each one with a reason.

Respond quickly. An open return holds the payment for that order until it is settled.

  7. 07

    Get paid

You receive payment for each order after it has been delivered and the return period has ended, ensuring any returns are settled before your payment is released. Payment goes to the bank account you registered.

Your earnings and past payments are listed under Earnings and Transactions in your dashboard. How payments work →

Good to know

Rules worth knowing up front

One mobile number, one account

A mobile number can be registered against a single ALLYNOR account. If yours is already in use, sign in to that account instead of creating a second one.

Seller or affiliate, not both

An ALLYNOR account can be a seller account or an affiliate account, never both. Choose the one that matches how you intend to work with us.

Your documents are encrypted

Bank account number, PAN and IFSC are encrypted before they are stored, and are shown back to you masked. You are asked to consent to this at registration.
