3. Marketplace Nature of Services

ALLYNOR operates as a multi-vendor marketplace platform that facilitates the sale and purchase of products between independent vendors and customers.

ALLYNOR:

  • Is not the manufacturer of listed products unless explicitly stated.
  • Does not guarantee uninterrupted availability of vendor inventory.
  • Acts as an intermediary between customers and vendors for order facilitation, logistics coordination, payment processing, and customer support.

Product specifications, warranties, pricing, and descriptions are provided by respective vendors. While we strive for accuracy, ALLYNOR does not warrant that all product information is complete, current, or error-free.

4. Account Registration

Users may be required to create an account to access certain services.

You agree to:

  • Maintain confidentiality of your login credentials.
  • Accept responsibility for activities under your account.
  • Immediately notify ALLYNOR of unauthorised access or security breaches.

ALLYNOR reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently terminate any account found to be involved in fraudulent activities, abuse or misuse of platform policies, placement of fake orders, improper use of payment disputes or chargeback systems, or any harmful, illegal, suspicious, or unlawful conduct affecting the platform, its users, vendors, or operations.

5. Product Pricing & Availability

  • Prices displayed are subject to change without prior notice.
  • ALLYNOR reserves the right to correct pricing errors, technical inaccuracies, or product information mistakes at any time.
  • Product availability is dependent upon vendor inventory and operational conditions.
  • Orders may be cancelled if products become unavailable, restricted, mispriced, or violate platform policies.
  • In such cases, eligible refunds shall be processed according to the Return & Refund Policy.

6. Order Acceptance & Cancellation

Placing an order on the platform does not constitute final acceptance by ALLYNOR. ALLYNOR reserves the right to refuse, limit, or cancel any order due to:

  • Suspected fraudulent transactions
  • Incorrect pricing or technical errors
  • Inventory unavailability
  • Vendor operational issues
  • Regulatory restrictions
  • Abuse of promotional offers
  • Incomplete customer information
  • High-risk transactions flagged by payment gateways

Customers may request cancellation subject to the applicable Cancellation Policy. ALLYNOR may cancel orders partially or fully and shall not be liable for indirect losses arising from such cancellations.

7. Payments

Payments on the platform may be processed through third-party payment gateways. By using such services, you agree that:

  • ALLYNOR is not liable for payment gateway downtime, transaction failures, or banking delays.
  • Refund timelines may vary depending on banking institutions and payment providers.
  • Fraudulent chargebacks or misuse of payment systems may result in account suspension and legal action.
  • Applicable taxes, GST, shipping charges, and convenience fees shall be displayed during checkout wherever applicable.

8. Shipping & Delivery

Estimated delivery timelines provided on the platform are indicative in nature and may vary depending on operational, logistical, environmental, or unforeseen circumstances beyond reasonable control, including:

  • Vendor dispatch delays
  • Courier limitations
  • Weather disruptions
  • Government restrictions
  • Remote delivery locations
  • Force majeure events

ALLYNOR shall not be held responsible for delays caused by third-party logistics providers. Risk of loss and title transfer may pass to the customer upon successful delivery confirmation.

9. Returns, Refunds & Replacements

Returns, refunds, and replacements are governed by the applicable Return & Refund Policy available on the platform.

ALLYNOR reserves the right to reject abusive, excessive, suspicious, or policy-violating return requests, request valid proof or supporting evidence for damaged, defective, or missing item claims, conduct necessary verification and investigation before approving refunds or replacements, and recover refunded amounts in cases involving fraudulent claims, misuse of policies, or dishonest activities.

Refunds shall be processed only through the original payment method unless otherwise required by law.

10. User Conduct

Users agree not to violate any applicable laws or regulations while using the platform, upload or share false, misleading, defamatory, harmful, or unlawful content, attempt unauthorised access to accounts, systems, or data, interfere with the platform’s security or operational functionality, use bots, scraping tools, or automated systems without authorisation, misuse coupons, promotional offers, or referral programs, or engage in harassment, abuse, fraudulent practices, or any activity that may harm ALLYNOR, its users, vendors, or associated services.

11. Intellectual Property

All content available on the platform, including logos, branding materials, graphics, website design, text, images, software, layouts, and product presentation formats, is the intellectual property of ALLYNOR or its respective licensors, vendors, or content owners and is protected under applicable intellectual property and copyright laws. Any unauthorised use, reproduction, copying, modification, distribution, publication, or commercial exploitation of such content without prior written consent from the rightful owner is strictly prohibited.

12. Vendor Responsibility

Vendors listing products on ALLYNOR are solely responsible for ensuring product quality, legality, accuracy of product descriptions, warranty commitments, regulatory compliance, protection of intellectual property rights, and providing necessary support for consumer grievance resolution. ALLYNOR reserves the right to remove product listings, restrict platform access, or suspend vendors found violating platform standards, applicable laws, regulatory requirements, or customer protection obligations.

13. Disclaimer of Warranties

The platform, products, and services provided through ALLYNOR are offered on an “as is” and “as available” basis without any guarantees or warranties of any kind. ALLYNOR does not warrant uninterrupted platform availability, error-free operation, continuous access, accuracy or reliability of third-party content, or suitability of products and services for any specific purpose. To the fullest extent permitted under applicable law, ALLYNOR expressly disclaims all warranties, whether express, implied, statutory, or otherwise.

14. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted under applicable law, ALLYNOR shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, revenue, business opportunities, business interruption, data loss, emotional distress, vendor misconduct, or negligence by third-party delivery or service partners arising from the use of the platform or services. In any event, ALLYNOR’s total aggregate liability, if established, shall not exceed the amount paid by the customer for the specific disputed order giving rise to the claim.

15. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless ALLYNOR, its directors, employees, affiliates, partners, vendors, and service providers from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, or legal expenses arising out of or related to your violation of these Terms & Conditions, fraudulent or unlawful activities, misuse of the platform, infringement of third-party rights, or breach of any applicable laws, regulations, or contractual obligations.

16. Privacy

Your use of the platform is also governed by the Privacy Policy available on the website. By using the platform, you consent to collection and processing of data as described therein.

17. Third-Party Services

ALLYNOR may integrate with or provide access to third-party services and platforms including payment gateways, logistics and delivery providers, analytics services, marketing tools, communication systems, and social media platforms to facilitate operations and user experience. However, ALLYNOR does not control and shall not be responsible for the availability, security, policies, performance, or practices of such third-party services, and users interact with them at their own discretion and risk.

18. Force Majeure

ALLYNOR shall not be held liable for any delay, disruption, or failure in performance arising from events or circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, pandemics, government actions or restrictions, cyberattacks, internet or network failures, power outages, labour disputes, transportation disruptions, technical breakdowns, or other force majeure events affecting operations, logistics, or service availability.

19. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising from the use of the platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts located in Haryana, India.
