When you buy CMETO products on ALLYNOR, your personal data is handled under the ALLYNOR Privacy Policy.
- CMETO receives only the order details needed to pack, ship and support your order (such as your name, delivery address, phone number and the items ordered), and uses them solely for order fulfilment, customer support and legal compliance.
- CMETO does not use your information for unsolicited marketing and does not sell it to third parties.
- Payments are processed by ALLYNOR’s PCI-DSS compliant payment partner. CMETO never sees or stores your card or bank details.
- You can ask to access, correct or delete your personal data under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 by writing to support@allynor.com. Grievances can be sent to grievance@allynor.com.
Return & Refund Policy
CMETO products sold on ALLYNOR follow the ALLYNOR Return & Refund Policy and Cancellation Policy. In summary:
- Return window: 7 days from the date of delivery. Requests are raised from your ALLYNOR account with the order ID, the reason, and clear photos or videos where the item is damaged or defective.
- Eligible returns: a damaged, defective or non-functional product, a wrong item or one that differs from its description, or missing parts or accessories.
- Hygiene and body-contact products (supports, braces, belts and similar items worn against the body) are not returnable once used, unless they arrived damaged or defective. Please check the size chart on the product page before ordering.
- Review: requests are reviewed by CMETO and/or ALLYNOR support, with a decision within 48–72 business hours.
- Pickup: reverse pickup is arranged by ALLYNOR’s logistics partner where the service is available.
- Refunds: issued to the original payment method after the returned product is received and verified, within 5–7 business days for prepaid orders. Bank timelines may vary.
- Replacement: where the same product and variant are in stock you may choose a replacement instead of a refund.
- Cancellation: an order can be cancelled from My Orders until it is dispatched. Refunds for cancelled prepaid orders are initiated within 3–5 business days.

Shipping Policy
CMETO orders are packed and dispatched from our manufacturing facility at Plot No. 130–133, Naya Gaon, Mohali, Punjab 160103, and delivered through ALLYNOR’s courier partners to serviceable pincodes across India.
- Shipping charges and the estimated delivery date are shown at checkout before you pay.
- Delivery estimates are indicative and can vary with courier capacity, weather, remote locations, government restrictions or other events beyond reasonable control.
- Tracking: once your order is dispatched, the courier and tracking number appear on the order page in your ALLYNOR account.
- Damaged on arrival? Raise a return within 7 days of delivery with photos of the item and packaging, as described in our Return & Refund Policy.
